Osteria Pronto - Indianapolis

Nice place for lunch. the food is OK and the service attentive and quick.

New iteration of this restaurant makes it worth your visit. Simple dishes done very well including home made pasta (you can really tell). Get the Montalchino wine a bargain and so fine. We enjoyed the Zeppoles for dessert. The changes are a major step up.

I’ve been eating at Osteria Pronto regularly since it opened. The new OP Italian has literally left a bad taste in my mouth and I doubt I’ll ever be back. No free bread, the menu has changed, along with the flavors of the food. The prices have increase, but the food hasn’t. Very sad to see one of my favorite restaurants take a turn towards the wrong direction.

My original reservation was for 8 PM, and when we needed to come earlier, they could not have been nicer about getting us a table. Jasmine was a very personable and efficient server. Food was good!

The food was horrible. It was cold, over cooked, not as described on the menu. We were 5 people and we all said the same thing. The hotel recommended this as a “high end Italian restaurant” their definition of high end is very different than ours. It was horrible.
