Fazoli's - Indianapolis

This place has the worst managers i go here once or twice a week and they manage to provide my order maybe twice a month literally every time theres a excuse we just switched drawers we don't have change for a 100$ bill you're in the bussiness ofserving customers not pushing them away they need to gey a new management team any other location is amazing this store is thebad apple of fazolis

Weekend Review because, during the week, this location is 5 stars but on the weekends, aliens must take over everything not eaten in the restraunt or picked up there by the consumer. We order thru the restraunt site, not Door Dash. We pay thruFazoli's, not DD. If Fazoli's is going to choose to use DD, Fazoli's should MAKE IT RIGHT when an order is messed up! DD doesNOT prepare the food, plate the food or bag the food- Fazoli's DOES so it is Fazoli's that made the mistake therefore Fazoli'sshould fix it. Fazoli's chooses to use DD so Fazoli's should tell the driver to pay attention to delivery instructions. Anyway,I gave the 2 stars because my husband got his food. I got 4 ravioli (been 6 everytime before but, whatever) and got no salad.Fazoli's will not be getting $100 a weekend from us anymore because there are too many other restaurants that DO care about theconsumer.

Shilease was my cashier, was very attentive to the order making sure that the portions were right when I added extra chicken. Tables and counters were very clean today

My bread sticks were hard. I got 2 salads with no dressing for them AT ALL. Not only that but no silverware for any of my food. The young lady running the drive thru had a SERIOUS ATTITUDE PROBLEM!!!! This experience was not highly agitating but a WHOLEHEADACHE. The only reason I gave 3 stars was for the food that actually came out right was good. But I seriously doubt that Iwill go back again or recommend it to anyone anymore.

The food is ok, the bread stick are very good but the dishes is 5 if we?re talking about 1-10 scale. The service distance the a good service, you feel better in McDonalds, the restaurant doesn?t looks like and smell clean. I don?t recommend this place.
