Fazoli's - Indianapolis

Decided to stop at my visit to Indiana and was amazed. Autumn and their employees were very attentive and hard working. And I love the new cheesecake.

I usually don't write reviews at all, just don't think it's worth my time, but this special restaurant deserves a negative review. The employees were very rude, and beyond that, I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and watch people who ordered me get their in front of me, how the employees looked at me when they gave them their food. Overall, I was one of the worst restaurants if not the worst and I was in some pretty badly run restaurants.

I ordered a bakes spaghetti with extra extra cheese. I was charged for it and when they brought my food it had so little cheese that you could see the spaghetti and sauce. I returned and kindly asked for more. The manager, I could hear from the table, said that is extra cheese how much do they want? Well, enough to cover the top! When i got it back they had it right and it was very good. The Breadsticks were a bit crunchier than normal, but they had alot of garlic which we like. The lady at the counter was friendly enough.

Went inside to order take out a little after 6 and no one in drive-thru. We got a #7 made it a meal, #9 made it a meal and a Regular Fettucine Alfredo. Only had 1 family order ahead of us. Only took them 20 minutes in and out. Service was friendly and fast. Food was hot and good. Great job! Will come back for sure.

Worst experience I've ever had there. The carpet, tables, and soda area was disgusting. The staff was no where to be found. Doordashers were looking for their orders. They weren't ready or hadn't even been cooked yet. Management needs to do better, with the employees training.
