The service was definitely removed from this visit. server didn't know a bottle of beer selection. slow. asked if we wanted dessert by saying, "they probably don't want dessert tonight". then when we proposed the order that we should go. we felt like she was ready to get ready with us. eating was great as always

From the time we arrived until the time we paid the bill, Derrick made sure we had the best service. His meal and drinks suggestions were spot on. He made our birthday lunch special. The food was excellent.

Charleston's is one of our go-to places when meeting friends for dinner. It has a warm, comfortable atmosphere and is not so loud as to impede conversation. The food is always excellent. We especially enjoy the fall-off-the-bones ribs, and the baked potato soup (best anywhere), but all of the food is consistently delicious. The service is also great as the servers are very attentive and usually friendly and upbeat. We would eat at Charlestons more often, but it has gotten pricey.
