Bidrage med feedbackA week ago I came here and the waitress took care of me the best she could. I ordered the cauliflower wings and they were nasty so soggy and mushy I ate one and asked for some else. The manager told my waitress to tell me since I ate one wing I had to pay for it she helped me remove the wings. I ordered a burger next it was dry and salty I didn 't complain on this one just paid and left
I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings earlier tonight for an event that an Indianapolis radio station was having. The radio show was great but I do have several issues with this restaurant.Our server's name was Skyler. We sat at our table for a good 10-15 minutes before we were even given menus at our table. I specially ordered bacon on my cheeseburger but it came out with no bacon on it (photos below). All of the servers were very attentive to their guests besides Skyler. Skyler was missing in action for basically our entire hour or so at our table. We never received our bill at our table. I had to go up to the main checkout area and get a random employee to track down Skyler to check me out.The men's restrooms were in poor shape. The trash was overflowing and the urinals were dirty. The floor was sticky too. My wife said that the women's restroom was in wretched condition. My wife said that one of the women's stalls had no toilet paper at all. My wife said another stall had a partial roll of toilet paper just randomly placed on top of the toilet paper holder and not inside the holder itself. How lazy can employees be? That is so unsanitary. The restaurant probably had only no more than 30 patrons in the entire building during our visit. The booth I sat in was very wobbly, it would pop up significantly from one end when I tried to get out of the booth.The general manager named Darrell was very polite to us when we left.
We had a very good experience with them. They changed to a race for my brother. There was a mistake with a hamburger but they kindly fixed it. The waiter was great.
This is a nice Buffalo Wild Wings. It was Thursday night. An NFL game was on TV, and it was dead inside. Service was extremely fast of course, and the food came out fast and piping hot. $3 beer specials and BOGO boneless wings on Thursdays was an added bonus.
I very rarely ever leave reviews in general about businesses, but my experience was SO HORRIFIC that I felt obligated to make others aware because if I could leave zero stars, I would.Thursday BOGO wings has been a tradition for my family for years. This is, however, my first time ordering from this location for lunch. I placed my order online, and when I received my receipt, it didn’t mention anything about my dipping sauces. I’ve placed online orders before and did not receive my ranch/blue cheese, so I just wanted to ensure they could see on their end that I requested same. I called the store and said “hi, i placed an online order but the receipt I received via e mail didn’t show my dipping sauces so I just wanted to call and ensure you guys knew I wanted blue cheese before my order was delivered”. The woman replied “mam, I don’t even know who you are.” I said, “okay well I can give you my name so you can look up my order…” and she said “ya, why don’t you just do that.” I said my name was Alex Miller…. And she asked me to spell it. I reiterated again that I just wanted to make sure the blue cheese got delivered with my order. She said “oh my goodness…. You know what sweetheart, I will make sure you get extra blue cheese delivered to you.” I said, okay thanks…. And she hung up on me.Her entire demeanor and tone throughout the conversation was SO. INSANELY. RUDE!!! I will never give this store my business again.
