Bidrage med feedbackWe consistently enjoy an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant. The cocktails and seafood are fantastic, but the true hidden gem for me is the ice cream! They offer some of the most creative and perfectly textured ice creams I've ever had. Recently, the grilled banana flavor topped with parmesan was absolutely incredible! It’s what inspired me to write this review. While everything else is also amazing, the ice cream is truly one of a kind.
I’ve been on the hunt for a restaurant that offers fine dining reminiscent of what my wife and I enjoyed on the East Coast, and this place truly delivered. The oysters and scallops were a delightful start, and the miso-glazed sablefish was a knockout, like an incredible bass drop. The sorbet was fantastic as well. I really shouldn’t have had to search so hard to find this gem.
The food here is consistently good, and with a menu that changes every few weeks, you’ll never tire of this place.
This place is inspired, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is fun. Great wine list. The mushrooms are next level. The wild boar pate is mouth watering. What a great restaurant.
I love this place, the overall atmosphere is awesome and the staff is attentive without being overbearing, I decided to visit again during devour Indy which is one of my favorite times of year. I made a reservation on Resy drove over and was seated promptly. They share their normal menu and their devour menu which is a nice touch. I started with six blue alpine oysters with gin and long pepper mignonette; they were fresh a delicious; I then got into the devour menu, started with the blue shrimp chowder, which was flavorful and had tasty toppings. Then I had the arctic whale cod in a delicious dressing or sauce (depending on the region you are from), but it was incredibly awesome. As for dessert, I had the perfect spiced orange sorbet, with pine nuts. Also, what's dinner without drinks? I had my new favorite cocktail, the Yuzo 75, which had gin, prosecco, and a hint of lemon. I loved it, and with my main course, I had a sav blanc. All around a great experience! I love this place and the production and can't wait to visit again! Ps all servers are wearing masks, and the restaurant follows covid guidelines
