Arby's - Indianapolis

If I am respectful to you that I worked at 9:40 a.m. yesterday evening at the drive, everything I say is hello ma 'am/Sir. hallo. how are you? because first you said nothing. do not wait after 3-5 minutes later scream, I will wait for them to get crazy! .that was very rude for whom you didn't want. I don't know who made you angry before, but you took it to the wrong person ma’am. I understand why you've been working on yourself now. you are very rude.

I visited the drive-thru recently and had a decent experience. I had to wait a bit longer for one item, but the staff was kind enough to give us two free drinks as a gesture of goodwill. Overall, the food was good, just as I've come to expect.

This visit was enjoyable. There was a slight delay with one of my sandwiches, but the staff was attentive and made sure we were taken care of while we waited. The customer service was very good.

I was very disappointed with this Arby's location (E. Washington Franklin in Indianapolis, Indiana) during my visit on Saturday, July 16, 2022. There was a large "Dining Room Open" sign in the window, but when I arrived around 7:40 PM, the doors were locked. With gas prices so high and the heat and humidity being uncomfortable, I prefer not to use drive-thru options. I understand that keeping the dining room closed is likely more convenient and cost-effective for the restaurant. However, simply putting a sign indicating that the dining room is closed would be a more honest approach. It’s frustrating for customers to drive there only to find the doors locked. I will not be returning to this Arby's again.

I purchased the new Burger on East Washington and Franklin Rd. This is by far the best fast food burger I 've ever had. Great Job Arby 's.When people joke and ask, Who is keeping Arby 's open? I laugh and say it 's me. I 'm keeping Arby 's open. I always order sm. curley fries, or 4. mozzarella sticks, with 6. premium nuggets or the fish sandwich when it 's on the menu. Now I 'll add this burger to my favorites.The day that I purchased this burger, I had a sm. curly fry and small Dr. Pepper. The burger is big. I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner.Thank you Arby 's. This one 's a keeper.
