Taco Bell - Indian Trail

The order was almost the complete opposite of what my family ordered. I cannot understand how the order could have been this off. The lack of focus truly is amazing and this is not the 1st time. This will be my last time ordering here and a corporate complaint will now be raised as it is justified.

We stopped at the one off of 74 if this is the one in Indian Trail and the food made us sick. The Cinnamon Twist tasted like either they where old and stall or if they had been fried in bad oil. We had to through them out. No receipt in the grab so could even call. The person working that night not very friendly at all. My thing is people you work with the public either deal with it or get a job elsewhere. For I have worked with the public for 30 plus yrs. Got smile no matter what. We more then likely never go back to that Taco Bell again. The worst food ever. #nasty #bad #cinnamontwist

The food was good but I burnt the taco Bell down after I used the toilet. It was so terrible and my insides were burning. I will attach a picture below.

How can you have a phone number but it's not in service? That's just unacceptable.

As always, we have been visiting this Taco Bell since it first opened, and I honestly can’t recall a time we’ve been let down. The drive-thru line is always quick, the staff are consistently polite, and the restaurant is always kept very clean. I have to admit, Taco Bell isn’t typically my favorite dining spot, but this location is definitely my favorite Taco Bell. Great job!
