Culver’s - Indian Trail

The food and atmosphere werent bad, but the service was some of the worst ive ever received. The food was what you expect from a fast food joint. A decent burger, decent fries, etc. The cashier was extremely sassy and spoke very quietly despite us being polite the whole time. It took us about 20 minutes to get our food, and they gave us our custard desserts before we got our entrees, even by then they were already completely melted into liquid. Very disappointing experience as i had good memories of Culver’s from when i was younger.

Updated review Sept 2023: The place has been turned around and everything was excellent now. Clean, well stocked, fast, accurate, and delicious. Glad to see the improvements. Will be back.Original review Jan 2023 (1 star): Grew up on Culver's in Wisconsin. This is by far the worst Culver's I have been to. Mostly, seems to be poor to almost no management. No lids, no ketchup cups, bathroom out of towels, trash bins full, and simple basket orders take 20-30m to get. Order was also incorrect; Deluxe burger only had lettuce and pickles on it. How can this restaurant be so lacking when it is so relatively new. This type of management will drag down the once good name of Culver's.

Concrete mixer, hot fudge sundae, and a chocolate milkshake are the go-to's for our family. The young man that brought it out to me is such a pleasure. He always comments on my Autism Awareness seatbelt covers. He has the best smile!

This place has good food, which I really like their chicken tenders ?. The staff were nice, and the place was clean. I would recommend the place if your in the area and your looking for some good grub ??

They rang up our order wrong and when we asked for the correct food they acted like it was our fault. They wanted to refund us the whole order, have us drive back around and re order e eye thing again because there was a line. Then we had to sit and wait an additional 20 mins for the correct food. $50 later and a 40 minute trip to a FAST FOOD drive thru.
