Taco Bell - Indian River County

Dirty restaurant. My order took over 15 minutes. When I asked what took so long, the cashier said your fries I didn 't order any french fries. ? Had to wipe my own table down before eating. Other customers were asking for towels to wash their tables as well.

Short staff, staff nice, slow to get food and tasted sub standard. very

Fast food is fast food. Kinda decent i’ve had better at different taco bell’s. The Shift Manager Lynette always has an attitude when i try and order with my significant other. I asked for a cup to be added to my order since what i ordered wasn’t technically a meal and she then tells me “a cup for what?” She’s always smashing her fingers to type in the order. I have had no issues with any other employee they are very nice. Food came out wrong one time, I ordered a chipotle chicken melt and received 3 burritos with doritos in them. Didn’t even bother to go up and tell them since everyone was in such a rush to close up and leave @9pm. Not to mention the bathroom that had fecal matter all over the toilet that looks like it’s been sitting there forever. Overall the last couple experiences here were very below subpar, would rather go to the mcdonald’s down the street that’s a lot more clean and customer friendly

Taco Bell Turning it around at this location, not sure who the new managers are but thank you for making it good again. I really appreciate writing on the packages to let us know what is inside when we need to sort it at home.

I went through the drive thru. The person at the window was awesome. She was very friendly and my my visit pleasant.
