El Rancho Grande Mexican - Indian Hill

I don't know why I give this place another try. It is HILBILLY Mexican. Literally the rice and beans could be bought at Walmarts and made to taste better. I got ground beef tacos, that is boiled need there is ZERO SEASONING. I mean buying apacket of El Paso taco mix would make these things taste 10 times better. Literally go to Taco Bell, spend less and have moreflavor.. Terrible food. Took picture of the ground beef so you could see that it is boiled, unseasoned, ground beef.

Went to the restaurant at Eastgate. Being from out of town I figured Mexican would be a safe choice for a meal. How wrong I was! We placed our order and within minutes our food was out. Noticed the party of 6 next to us also received their food almostimmediately after placing their order. I have never been to a restaurant where that?s ever happened. Even fast food restaurantsusually cook your meal. I had the carne asada which lacked flavor and was extremely undercooked/raw in some spots. My boyfriendhad the chiles rellenos which tasted like they were frozen and reheated. The salsa was terrible, it had a weird tomato flavor.It was about $52 for both our meals which is high compared to other Mexican restaurants I?ve been to, I don?t think their foodis worth the cost. I?ll definitely not ever dine here again. 1 star for the staff being pleasant and having cleanbathrooms. PROS: little wait time when I went, nice decor, clean bathroom, pleasant staff CONS: flavorless food, undercookedmeat, very pricey for what you get

What a stunning restaurant! Noah was our waiter tonight, and we couldn't be happier—he was courteous, friendly, and professional. We've been dining here for a few years, and we've never had a bad experience. The restrooms are absolutely gorgeous as well. You definitely need to check this place out! The food is delicious, served piping hot, and comes in generous portions. The price was also reasonable—$99 for five of us, which is great considering we often spend more at lesser family sit-down restaurants. Plus, it’s pet-friendly! I also want to mention that our waiter, Gio, is fantastic. We've already returned three more times since our first visit!

On Friday, November 11, 2022, I was warmly welcomed by the manager, who was very helpful and courteous. He seated us at the bar, where Eddie, our server, took great care of us. The margaritas we ordered were fantastic, made with fresh fruit and far superior to the Kenwood location. My food arrived hot and fresh, even though it was late at night. We will definitely return and rate this location a perfect 5 out of 5 stars!

The Pomegranate Blueberry margarita is the best I've ever tasted! The fajitas are outstanding as well. The service and food here are truly exceptional.
