Wendy's - Independence

I stopped for lunch to grab a quick bite and get some work done between appointments. Pablo was incredibly kind; she took my trash for me when I finished and refilled my drink. This level of service is not typical for a fast food restaurant. Excellent experience!

This is the best Wendy's I've ever visited! The service was quick, and the place was spotless. I noticed an older Asian woman employee who was so proactive—she picked up customers' trash and disposed of it for them while they were enjoying their food. At the same time, she was taking orders with a notepad and pencil for new arrivals in line, ensuring they didn’t have to wait long. This all happened at midnight, one of the busiest times of the day. I was impressed; most fast food chains wouldn’t do half of what I saw during my visit here.

My child and I had a wonderful experience! The food was served hot and promptly, and the woman at the counter was exceptionally kind. She even gave my child a Wendy's toy, even though we didn't order a kids' meal. I also appreciated the complimentary Frosty, which was a lovely gesture since money is tight right now. The restaurant was clean as well. Overall, it was a great visit to Wendy's!

The Drive thru team was amazing during lunchtime when I visited 5/31/2022. The lady on the microphone must rise because I never had someone in fast food talking to me as she did( as respectful and careful and the food was as fresh and delightful as her voice: .
