Bidrage med feedbackI was hungry after hiking in Bishop and as I passed through Independence, I ran into this taco truck. I was pleasantly surprised by their food! We tried a carne asada taco and a carve asada burrito. They were both tasty. They also had a decent salsa bar and a cute make-shift seating area adjacent to the truck. It looked like an old mechanic shop decorated with Mexican trinkets. Overall an authentic experience off the beaten path.
Stopped at this roadside taco truck for the first time on our way to Mammoth. Had tacos and a torta. Wow! Super fresh and authentic. The homemade salsas were fabulous. Very reasonable prices and the hard working ladies running the truck were so nice. Will be back.
This location is now Glenn's Taqueria. I'll put my 5 star review on that page. It's a food truck parked at former gas station
This taco truck reigns supreme hidden in the quaint town of Independence. As a well traveled connoisseur of burritos from all over North America, holy guacamole, this place is GOOD! And on top of it, they have a rad setup, great salsa selection, and everyone working there was delightful! Just GO if they're open!
Great food that is reasonably priced. Not a lot of places to eat in Independence, but this one is pretty good. Had the chicken tacos and cheese quesadilla and ceviche and all were great.
