Taco Bell - Independence

The steak was really good, but be careful not to add too much cheese sauce—it takes away from the flavor of the meat.

This location features both Taco Bell and KFC. My wife ordered from Taco Bell while I opted for KFC, and it was a great experience overall. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious. I would rate it 5 out of 5!

I ordered three bean burritos extra onion add nacho cheese and I got one bean burrito and two beef and bean burritos but what do you expect it's Taco Bell right?

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Ask for extra cheese there was barely any cheese to be seen let alone inside of tacos very little to be had plus shells on two of them were broken and very difficult to eat. Went inside to ask about my extra cheese but I didn't receive a receipt and they were very busy so the young man behind the counter gave me a little tiny container of cheese that basically made up for two tacos of some extra cheese. Service was poor and store was not particularly clean. I will not be returning here and would not recommend anyone to go to this Taco bell. There are many more Taco bells in the area that are better that I have been to.

Got the order wrong after reading it back to the drive-through staff member 3 times. Two times at the speaker where you place the order and then at the window. The sauce was wrong and the staff member acted like we were an inconvenience. They weren't that busy at the time of the order. I try to understand why things happen and this made no sense to me. Then asked the staff member to simply fix the mistake. Not happy to simply do their job. Perhaps it is time to change or re-train this person. This situation made me late for work. Not real happy this time.
