Redeaux's - Independence

We were really disappointed with the service we received, as well as the portion size/price ratio. We love to support local businesses but this was the second go round and it hasn’t improved.

We went for lunch today at Redeaux's BIG MISTAKE waitress asked what we wanted to drink and if we wanted a menu. Being our first time there YES I did want a menu I was thinking of trying the lasagna but still wanted to see lunch menu!!. Waitress says I'll be back left to wipe a table where no one was waiting, never came back however chose to wait on 2 people who came in after us for pick ups and then a 3rd person after that. 15 minutes later NO DRINKS, NO MENU, NO SERVICE. We left and WILL NOT BE BACK WE ARE DONE. This place needs to give their employees training if they want to stay in business.

I had the club poboy today it is delicious, my dad had the spaghetti and he also enjoyed his meal.

My husband had the club poboy,I had the roast beef poboy and it was all delicious!! We also had the fried eggplant for an appetizer and it was the best I ever had!

The fried eggplant and the veal porboy was great. It was my first time but i will be going back
