Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Food was excellent, service was average. We stopped a Whiskey River BBQ burger and sweet potatoes. We added Pepper Jack to the Burger and ordered it with pink in the middle. The burger was perfect; delicate and juicy. The sweet potato fries are super sweet and slightly crispy at the edges as we want. Combine them with the campfire and Ranch Saucen to make the whole meal a great meal. Our waitress was nice, we had to wait a few minutes to be welcomed by the hostess, but overall the service was satisfactory. FYI: There is currently a $10 meal deal for a limited time from Aug 2022. Yes! This charred taste and smell of RR Burger!! It's been 15 years. Excellent food, fun atmosphere, plentiful parking, clean restaurant (although toilets could have used attention as we went there before dinner rush) and great service! The side salad was shockingly good and so were the sweet potato friries! Great food!

The Monsterburger was very good! I didn't say that about previous visits to Red Robin. The poor bartender was the only person who took orders and drinks. The service was bad (not came to see again. if we want more drinks or fries. It took a long time to pay a bill in cash. I won't blame the bartender... she did as good as she could.

I ordered chicken it was cold with broccoli and a salad. I asked for butter that never happened. I have an endless salad she forgot to pick me up. The burgers tasted frozen and the frits were cold. Waiting was over 40 minutes after sitting and they forgot my daughters order, which tasted terrible. Not worth $70. The service was also terrible. will not come back

Very nicely made burger. The fries are a little soggy but tasty. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was clean. The parking is ample and easy to navigate. I did the pick up order to see how things were put together. The order was correct , and the food tasty. I would recommend this location. The little location is around the corner and on top of the hill. I will try other menu items and hopeful the results stay the same.
