Pizza Plus - Independence

The young man was the chef and the hostess and done an amazing job in Hillsville. The pizza and cheese sticks was the best we've had in a while.

Called in an order for a simple medium chesse pizza to pick up at the drive through and was told it would be ready in 15 mins. When I arrive 2 guys come to the window and ask me if I had a call in order I said yes. Then ask me my Name and phone number and then proceed to tell me they are sorry the guy that took your order got mad and walked out on us and didn’t give us the order. ..would you still like us to to make you your pizza it will take about 10 mins and you can just wait right her for it so I did! As I’m sitting there waiting for a couple of minutes Another guy comes to the drive-through window, totally a different guy and said would you please pull around and will bring the pizza to you in a little bit I’m like OK yeah fair enough. So I pull around and wait about 10 to 15 minutes and as I’m waiting, there’s other young men fighting in the parking lot about something So I pull around to the drive-through again a guy comes to the window and ask me could he help me and I said is my pizza ready he says just let me cut the pizza and I’ll have it right out. So this continues on as I’m waiting another couple minutes A young lady comes to the window and says I’m sorry, sir. We have messed up the pizza. Would you like to wait while we fix it so at this point I’m extremely frustrated and said no forget it and I said I will be talking to your manager about all this, so we will not be back for a while as we have supported this place for many years and have never had such terrible service! Trust me, I’m not one to write a lot of reviews or complain, but this is the most ridiculous evening and experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant for takeout for a simple cheese pizza. This place needs some management in a very bad way. Please beware!!!

We only had the pizza buffet, nothing from the menu.They 'd get a 4th star if the pizza stayed hot while under the hot lights. The pizza sits on a warming tray as well, but something is off with the system, in my view.Adding some more decorations or something to take away the pizza factory feel would help too.It 's a good well run and very friendly, safe place to eat. We will be back to try something from the menu next time.Give them a try!

Pizza was good but the salad bar is to go too. The Ranch taste Awsome! Nice

Been eating here for years. But after 3 orders in 2023 and 2 of the 3 orders being undercooked super doughy pizza. I don't plan to ever eat here again. Just paid my last $40 for 2 undercooked pizzas. If I wanted dough I would buy it fresh at the grocery store. Learn to cook the pizzas!!!!
