Pizza Hut - Independence

By the pizza hut app ordered. the app said my order was ready, but when I was there. it's gone for 3 minutes. So, about 7 minutes go by and another random worker goes up asking if I've been help, I say yes I pick up an order and they still ask me what I ordered and then they started ordering. only a complete drop of my time and makes the point of using the app to PRE-ORDER pointless.

Service is inconsistent. Occasionally it’s great but sometimes I have to cut my own pizza. You’ll stand in the lobby for ten minutes before anyone acknowledges you’re there even when several employees make eye contact.

Pizzas is always good, their manager is kinda rude. I was standing outside less than 5 minutes and he come out saying that I can’t be loitering. Even tho I wasn’t. All in all there alright

Ordered honey bbq wings. Was told it will be ready 15-20. I arrived on time. The young man said it should be done. He looked in the warmer and then answered the phone. 15 minutes later I got my wings to discovered it was not honey bbq but a spicier sauce. I called the store and they said they would deliver the correct ones. We shall see.

Pros: the food is usually fine the staff, bless their hearts, are trying. Trying hard? No. But they are trying. They fix the issues.Cons: guys... forgetting my wings three times in a row on three separate orders is kinda ridiculous. tipping delivery drivers when they don't have all my food is irritating, but its not the drivers fault usually. we're in independence, so like, we get independence service. ?‍
