The Naughty Noodle - Independence

This restaurant exceeded my expectations. Homemade pasta, wonderful service, and an owner who cares about family and the community. The Alfredo was something I'll dream about frequently. In addition, I was fortunate to watch interactions this evening that validated my faith in humanity. It is clear that the staff at this local establishment care about the food AND people who might be less fortunate in our community. I don't think I'll ever order Italian from another restaurant in the Willamette Valley. Give this place a try. You will not regret it.

Such a gem hidden in the heart of independence. This was by far one of the best pasta meals I have had. So fresh and delicious. We will be repeat customers.

The food is absolutely delicious! The menu is straightforward, and the owner is fantastic. I have no complaints at all. I really love the sauce and the cheesecake. I just wish they would get on Postmates so I could order from there more often. Please consider it!

My favorite restaurant in town! I wish the hours were increased as the limited days/times makes it hard to get my favorite food. This lady is always kind, her meals come with bread, salad and (when u order to go-cute utensils). Her desserts are amazing too!

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for homemade pasta. It's not a fancy place, but you can really taste the love that goes into the food. The vegan pasta was delicious, and the chef was incredibly accommodating, offering to veganize many other items on the menu as well. This is a small business that truly deserves to succeed.
