Chick-fil-a - Independence

I really enjoy this restaurant! I initially used the Curbside app, but I couldn't find an option to request Chick-fil-A sauce. The Cobb salad is my favorite, and the waffles remind me of home. The young man who assisted me was very polite.

I visited this restaurant tonight and had to wait for about 15 minutes, which seemed a bit excessive. Once we finally placed our order, we inquired about the microphone and which birthday desserts qualified for a free treat. The girl at the intercom informed us that we could choose between a biscuit or a brownie, and my wife opted for the brownie. However, when we went to the window to collect our food, we were informed that shakes also qualified for the offer—unfortunately, that information came too late. We drove home only to realize that we didn't receive the brownie, even though the girl at the register had confirmed our order. Instead, we received a random package of charred tomatoes and crispy red bell peppers that we hadn’t ordered.

This restaurant recently evaluated its food quality. The service has consistently been excellent, but I found the food to be overcooked during my last two lunch visits. This might be related to their operations—when it’s busy, you might expect to wait up to 15 minutes in your car for your meal.

Mac and cheese was piping hot and tasty, but the chicken left much to wish, it was tasteful only not very fresh. probably not a favorite restaurant, but would go back at any time for the mac and cheese.

Treat you with kindness. The food is warm and fresh, not feeling like it has been sitting under a warmer for a long time. The service is fast, as I went to sit at the table after ordering the food was brought to me.
