Jollibee - Incheon

I’ve ordered here at 8:31 and its already 10 pm but I haven’t receive my order yet. This is the most bad service i’ve ever experience Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

This branch is the worst,whenever we eat at this branch we keep us waiting for almost 1 hour and yesterday my girlfriend dine in and the cashier did not give her change and did not dare to call my girlfriend for her change and she also keep waiting for her order for almost 1 hour. Im so very dissapointed to this branch my girlfriend really jollibee therefore for now on she didn’t want jollibee!!! Meal type: Lunch

So dissapointed my order was missing, we asked if the order was okay, the crew said it was okay.. until we got home, we just checked that it was missing, then I called their hotline The person I talked to said dedeliever They finally found the missing one, it took 2hrs and no one came trying to contact the hotline again, still busy, again and again, always busy.. LESSON LEARN DON'T TRUST WHAT THE CREW SAY THAT THE TAKE OUT ORDER IS OK. DOUBLE CHECK OR TRIPLE CHECK LET'S ORDER.. it's just disappointing the first time it happened to me.... it would be good if the money was just picked up
