Brooklyn's New York Pizza - Incheon

Definitely not a pizza and pasta lover. Buttttt their pesto by the bay and sausage mushroom pizza didn’t disappoint me! Love their smoked fish flakes. ????????

Brooklyn's New York Pizza was a college favorite because of their White Pizza. After 3 years, I had the chance to dine in Brooklyn's again but in a different branch. Their Buffalo Wings are not too spicy but authentic perfect for those who love buffalo flavor but don't want too much spice. It consists of 8 small cuts (4 quarter sized wings) but doesn't come with a ranch unless you add P25. It is good for 2 people (if paired with one cup of rice each) but I was able to consume all 8 by myself. What made me wonder was their White Pizza. I'm not sure if they changed their ingredients, way of cooking, or it was just the branch, but it tasted different. White Pizza was more cheesy and flavorful back then but now it seemed like bread with some cheese. They are located in the food court but they somehow have a separate area of their own. There were almost no other customers when I ate here and I was attended by the staff properly. However, my order still took more than 20 minutes and my 10 White Pizza for take out was served just when I was about to leave.

Their sausage and mushroom pizza is good but the white pizza is definitely the best. Have also tried their bacon mushroom pasta, its good but not for those who want their pasta with a lot of sauce. Great pizza, best eaten immediately.

This is where I ate pizza for the past several weeks. I noticed though that there aren't much people eating here. Now I know why. Mediocre food quality. Their pizzas just lack flavor. It all tasted like they skimped on ingredients. Their pasta dishes aren't worth trying either. Expensive and bland.
