Carburo Bar Ristorante - IMOLA

We stopped in here as we were going to the Ayrton Senna museum. We just wanted something quick and easy. We picked a panini to share and a couple of drinks. The bread was stale and dry. It was quite amusing as more bread seemed to go on the table than in our mouths. We then wanted to use the toilet before we went into the museum but they were all locked. Luckily the museum had some.

I was booked on the Imola racetrack tour but turned up early so came here for lunch. They do a range of options including a self-service canteen with various hot food options. I just had a sandwich, though that was perfectly nice. The canteen is used by the race drivers and support crew in breaks between races, so it filled up shortly after I arrive with people in race suits.

Modern restaurant in imola, a fairly cool place to go to eat something, not the friendly of the staff and the portion size was based on the smaller side that is based on two visits. the restaurant is however on the railway side and eating was of high quality.

Provato per un aperitivo alla fine di un esperienza in pista, erano in fase di chiusura quindi ci hanno servito i prosecco sui bicchieri di plastica, ma ci può stare. Assieme al prosecco ci hanno riempito di patatine e tranci di focaccia e pizza.
