Papa John's Pizza - Immokalee

I pre-ordered my pizzas and wings the day before, but when I arrived at 12pm to pick them up, I was told that my order had not even been started because the person working was alone. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes, despite pre-ordering.

The manager angrily scolds DoorDash delivery drivers for reporting late orders to the DoorDash app. He threatens to blacklist them from future deliveries at the restaurant.

Bad service coming from Ashley the person answering the phone. I was speaking to her in English and she’s like “yo no habló español “ I told I am speaking in English not Spanish. Then she pretended that the line was getting cut off. Lacking on customer service.

I will never return to this Papa John's again. The staff there is incredibly rude and unpleasant. I highly recommend not visiting this establishment, as they have terrible customer service and have even hung up on me.

I placed an order online. The delivery driver left my order on the chair outside. Where animals walk across when I called the store to speak to the so-called manager she never wanted to identify herself. She was very rude and disrespectful me personally, I’d never have someone working for my business that’s as nasty as her. I had to call corporate and place a complaint … the driver also drove back-and-forth by my house three times and then sputed me down about which door was mine, when it was a duplex. Sorry excuse of a manager. Whoever was the manager June 5, 2023 Monday at 7 PM.
