At The Helm And Pub - Ilwaco

Everything has been considered here. From welcome cocktails to hot tub and sauna access, fresh water, great coffee, comfy robes, stunning views, and breakfast in bed, every detail is taken care of. The on-site dinner was excellent as well. We have no complaints whatsoever. Kendra ensured a smooth and comfortable check-in and provided outstanding bar service. At the Helm has truly thought of everything to create a cozy experience. We look forward to returning one day.

The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. Although the air conditioning was quite weak, it wasn't uncomfortable during my stay. The service was excellent, despite being short-staffed. The complimentary breakfast was just right. I highly recommend this place!

I just spent three nights here for a fishing trip, and it was fantastic! The rooms were clean, and the food was delicious. We were able to dock my friend's boat in the marina located right behind the hotel, which was very convenient. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna during our stay. We'll definitely be coming back! I especially loved the fan above the bed; it kept the room cool and provided some white noise for those of us who snore. Haha! Thank you!

We stayed At The Helm two nights in August. The Tradition room was large, clean, and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. We opened the windows to let in some cool air. We loved using their Alexa for music. Their shower was awesome. There was hot water and tea upstairs in the hall. They gave us each a free drink, which we enjoyed with our dinner in their restaurant. I had smashed potatoes and asparagus. It was delicious! The service was good. The server was friendly. We enjoyed walking along the boardwalk and rode their free bikes around the area. The breakfast was really good. We ate at The Salt Pub one night and the hamburger was awesome. The third week in August Long Beach has an international kite festival. That was really cool! I 'd stay here again.

The wife and I went in this last Saturday Evening for dinner and drinks. We had been in before around the beginning of COVID. The food was excellent then, and excellent this last visit.Soooo much flavor in the food. The drinks were spot on! Perfect mix of the liquor and the mixer.Our server was super awesome and attentive.Eating out is one of our few guilty pleasures. This place definitely ranks up there as a top 5 meals. Only beat out by some pretty important dinners we've had.Glad to see you're thriving and will be back the next time we come through town.Would love to check out the hotel some time.Food drinks: Excellent food and drinks!!
