Kfc - Iloilo

KFC has always met my expectations when it comes to the taste of their chicken. It's well-prepared, and the delicious gravy really delivers. The KFC at SM City Ilo has recently been renovated, and it looks much more modern now. The restrooms and washing area have also improved significantly.

None of the establishments adhered to the health protocols. Everyone waited patiently for a long time while maintaining strict physical distance. I can only suggest that improvements be made.

The constant bustle of people at this restaurant is a testament to its brilliance. I absolutely love the unlimited gravy at KFC. I hope they can expand their space so more people can enjoy dining at KFC in SM City. The fries are fantastic, but I do wish they were a bit less oily.

Very accessible since It is the second store to the right from the main entrance, the staff were nice too but sometimes they ran out of gravy and it takes time too refill, The food is delicious, the place is clean and I like how they re-decorate their store for every event throughout the year!

Services are great. Clean and organize place, utensils are well organize as well with unli gravings. Furnitures are great. But the food, its not well cooked, i didn't even enjoyed my food because the inside of the chicken is still redish! I ended up living it in my table and change to another fastfood
