Food was good, but I did not like the fries with the fried fish, they were small cut and limp. Waiters seem a little young and inexperienced. Seafood shop decor. Nice little open air area, with Tiki torches. Richmond, IL is a little 'artsy — craftsy ' area right on the Wisconsin boarder.
