Blue Star Tacos - Illinois

Delicious, fresh variety of tacos. I love this place and highly recommend it to all taco lovers! Great food, reasonable prices, friendly staff, clean, and cute decor! I look forward to any chance I have to eat here when in town, as I live about 35 miles away.

Best Tacos I've had in Illinois. So tired of the El Burrito Loco style of Mexican food. It's like a greasy spoon. Blue Star tacos is not that. Good flavors fresh food friendly staff a perfect 10 all around. Cilantro, fresh meats, original taco choices. Not just meat and cheese these tacos are way above the bar. Complex flavors going on here and very cheap for what you get. My wife and I had 3 tacos each and street corn for less than 30 bucks with drinks. I have a hard time getting away … – show

Food was delicious! I had the carnitas, pork belly which was awesome! And the blue star taco. Margs were ok wish they would add more tequila.. but overall great experience definitely going back!

The food and selection is fabulous and the service is friendly. The ambiance is if you were in a small town in Mexico. Come for yourself and experience the many flavors tacos and sauces.
