Bidrage med feedbackI just had a meal at this half Chinese restaurant, and it's unfortunate that I've come across some not-so-great reviews. I think people overlook the fact that there isn't a training budget, and there aren't many waitstaff to address all the guests' needs. During my visit around 11 PM, I found the atmosphere to be pleasant and the service courteous—really, that's all you can ask for at that hour. The place is simple and clean, and the food is exactly as described on the menu. I'm not a huge fan of Chinese cuisine, but I enjoy coming here occasionally because it's affordable, cheerful, and tasty. As a graduate in international business studies with a specialization in hospitality management, I appreciate what this place offers.
Overall, I had a very good experience at the restaurant. I wanted to share my positive feedback, but I also feel it's important to mention that their noodles are sometimes inconsistently cooked. I understand that it can be challenging to prepare the same dish perfectly every time, but I hope they can strive for better consistency, especially since I eat there regularly. In fact, I recently placed an order and was waiting for my food to be ready when I decided to write this review. Here’s what I ordered: chicken wings with spring onions, Singapore fried noodles, beef with black bean sauce, chicken and sweet corn soup, and vegetable fried rice.
I absolutely love the chicken sweetcorn soup and the chicken fried chow mein noodles. Just a heads up, the wait for food can be a bit long, but the flavors are always on point! I won’t give it a full 5-star rating because I believe a place needs to truly impress to earn that level of recognition; it feels like the China Grill is missing that little something. However, I would definitely rate it no lower than a 4. I would recommend this place to others!
