Original 取引先に向かう途中の昼食。その場所からあんまり遠くないところ…をグーグルで探した時に出てきたラーメン屋さんです。 大きな道沿いには看板があるだけで、お店はちょっと奥まったところにあるので「意識してなければ素通りしてたかもな～」と感じました。 ラーメンメニューのほかにご飯もののメニューも結構あり、シソ餃子なんて言う魅力的なメニューもあったのですが、お仕事の為我慢して「ラーメンセット 半チャーハン付き ・塩ラーメン」をいただきました。 中太のモチモチとした麺に絡むあっさりトンコツのスープに、揚げネギのアクセントが効いて「うまい！」です。黄身が半熟になった味付け卵としっかりたれに付け込んだチャーシューもスープの強さにピッタリでした。 チャーハンは、野菜とチャーシューの味がしっかりとしたモチモチご飯で個人的には好みであります。 ひとつ心残りがあるとすれば 餃子以外で 、塩ラーメンをお願いした時に「鶏スープと豚骨スープはどっち？」を聞かれた…という事は、鶏スープも味わう必要がある、であります。 なかなかいく事の少ないエリアではあるのですが。近くに行くことがあればまた立ち寄りたいお店が増えました。

初めて寄ってみたところ、自分が駐車する様子を窓越しにジ～ッと見ている男性…。 「何か入りづらいなぁ…」と恐る恐る入店すると、件の男性は店主 カウンターの端っこから〝天津飯（スープ付：600円）〟を注文すると「甘いの？酸っぱいの？」と二種類有る模様 酸っぱい方をいただいたが、普通に美味しい 辺鄙な場所だが、地元の方らしいお客さんが数組出入りするので、そこそこの人気はあるようだ 次に寄る時は、種類豊富なラーメンを頼んでみよう

ラーメンのコンセプトがスープまで飲み干せるラーメンというだけあって、癖も強くなく、誰でも完飲完食できると思える味です。 パンチのある味を求める人には物足りないと感じるかも知れませんが、逆にあっさり系が好きな人には美味しく感じる味です。
