Noodles Company - Idaho Falls

Despite being short-staffed and very busy, the guy at the front with the impressive tattoos did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond to ensure that every customer he served was satisfied and well taken care of. I understand that working in a fast-food environment can be challenging, so I hope everyone who visits this place shows them some kindness! The food was amazing, so you definitely won't be disappointed!

I'm not sure if there's new management, but the guy managing the counters and calling out orders was fantastic! He had the presence of a head chef in a bustling restaurant. I really enjoyed the energy as I watched him and his team put together orders. They were all very courteous and worked at a fast pace. I hope he stays here for a long time!

The customer service at this restaurant is truly exceptional. It strikes the perfect balance – it's warm and genuine, not overly nice to the point of feeling insincere. They genuinely care about the quality of food and the service they provide. The menu is extensive and very reasonably priced. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

It was okay, the price is pretty expensive for the amount of food you get. Service was quick, but half of the menu was also out of stock. Overall I'd say it was slightly below average. Probably would pick somewhere else next time.

I ordered 3 orders of chicken Alfredo minus the Spinich, I went in to order takeout. When I got home I opened all three bowels only to discover burnt chicken on both sides. I called to complained and the acting Manager who said he would remake it himselfso that wouldn?t happen again and he did credit my account. He really didn?t do much better because he said he turned thechicken himself but I?m Saying something must have been wrong with the grill being to hot for cooking because it didn?t come outmuch better. I won?t ever go back there again. PS this was the first time I had been there ever.
