Really disappointing experience. I ordered two pieces of French toast and one of the pieces was so burnt. The first picture shows this. I went up to the front and showed them and asked for a replacement. The second picture is the replacement they brought me.? Really rough experience and service. Feels like a waste of money. Excellent customer service! I went through the drive through today when I got up to the window, the girl realized they were out of something I had ordered. She replaced it with turtle cheesecake. It was delicious! Food is always amazing but their customer service is top knotch! Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
