Great Harvest Bakery Cafe - Idaho Falls

Big brot, cookies scenes etc. especially their eddie butter bar. also the customer service is great.

This place is amazing with its fresh baked goods. However, I was not impressed with the service I received yesterday morning. I ordered a pumpkin spiced chai and a simple chicken bacon ranch without tomatoes or onion. My father was also there that morning and ordered a club sandwich with no vegetables. All was going well until 5 minutes go by. I thought of nothing but then 10 minutes go by I was questioning what was happening, but then I overheard one of the employees running out of a room saying they forgot our order. Frustrated we waited not less than two minutes later then finally got our order. Even then, however, we opened our boxes and realized that they messed up our order and gave me the wrong sandwich. I am not disappointed in our sandwiches being wrong, but the poor management that morning. I love this place dearly, but I may resign from coming here again if this is the management that we are given.

Bread's and Soups here are fabulous, as well as their treats that change to new things regularly while they still offer the top seller's. They also have delicious coffee to enjoy with a treat for the morning! Staff is excellent and very friendly.

Great atmosphere. Feels intimate when you walk in. I believe the setting is built to give you a personal experience because that is what I felt. The lady at the desk was warm and friendly. I love the slice of bread they give you after you purchase stuff. I dont know what they put in their pastries but its heavenly.

Great harvest has the best pumpkin chocolate chip bread anywhere. I should say that all of their bread is good but pumpkin chocolate chip is my favorite. They have great sandwiches and they used to be more generous giving you a slice of bread when you went in the store. However now they don?t really even offer the slice of bread unless you ask for it. Their prices have kept going up on their bread. However it is very filling bread made from good ingredients and made fresh daily.
