Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Idaho Falls

Decided to stop for chili dogs; got also soft crumbles; mango misty slush 2 for $5 menu. Wow, order 10 minutes from the order. I guess they were short? Chili dogs were nothing like those I got on Saturday, calculated full price, but so fresh and good. The floor of each bungalow was hard, could not cut for anything. Both loaded with chili, nothing else. They were put in their pockets, why? Nevertheless, what was happy was good. Pretzels have a great taste, but 3 small sticks are simply not enough. I love their chili dogs, they use Cheddar cheese; so good. So I pay $2 more to get a fresher dog. But it's worth it.

The daughter really wanted a blizzard so we could eat here. Two chicken baskets and two blizzards for $35. Not good for value. If very few fries and bread were barely roasted, we roasted again when we came home to try to add taste. In the car drive ahead with only one car. About 20 minutes.

Always nice staff. The fruit flies in there CRAZY. And no one wore gloves or hair nets? Really interesting. Looks like the children basically have no working uniform. Please. Pull up your pants, tie your hair back and stand straight. it would really supplement the nice service we get) The stuff exiting on the floors forms the garbage cans. Trash cracked around the seats. Usually. Rush hour I guess

We waited 30 minutes to get to the window when we were only 2 cars away from the order. Then sat in the window for 10 minutes and waited for our blizzards. It would not have been so frustrating if all 5 people were shaking around the front of the kitchen, but they were not. One person made casual ice cream while the other 4 stood and spoke. 40 minutes for 5 blizzards that were melted. I wish you a one-off, but that's pretty normal. The girl who took our order had great customer service, which is why I give two stars. I'm sorry, love your ice, but you have to move a little faster.

I arrived at the restaurant after 7pm and placed a mobile order for my food. I noticed that my burger and fries were left sitting at the warmer for 10 minutes while the staff focused on fulfilling ice cream orders. I believe they could have handed me my food and drink first while they prepared the ice cream treats, and then brought my blizzard over to me. It took a total of 12 minutes before I received my order, which I do not consider fast food. This is the second time in the last 6 months that I have experienced long wait times at this location. I am unsure if I will return to this location in the future.
