Dairy Queen - Idaho Falls

Great quality and great flavor in all their food and ice cream. I loved the excellent customer service I received and they were faster than before on my order.

We love this Dairy Queen. The staff has always been very friendly, and helpful. And we love their hamburgers and ice cream. I want to give an extra thank you to whomever worked this afternoon and to the person that made our daughter's cake. The birthday cake I made my little girl totally fell apart just hours before her party. My husband stopped in and not only did they have a princess themed cake ready(she's obsessed with princesses), but they also added sprinkles to make it match our decoration colors. She loved it and we were incredibly thankful for not only their eagerness to help fix our problem, but going the extra mile in making it special.

Many years ago, when our kids were small, we would sometimes just decide to run to town for an ice cream, a throwback to my parents doing the same thing with my siblings and me. 'Town ' is a 23 minute drive for us, so probably not really economically responsible, but oh so satisfyiing and exciting for our kids. Now we drive to town with my daughter and her two little girls ages 2 and a half and 4. And they are very well aware that if they behave while shopping there might be a special treat at the end. That treat request is always DQ. Both of them see your sign and shout simultaneously 'Dairy Queen ', we 've often commented on how brand recognition can start at such a young age! If my husband and I are in town together, it 's almost an understanding that we 'll stop for a dipped cone before we venture home, it 's usually just a challenge to see who will suggest it first, even though the other was already thinking it! Thanks for the memories Dairy Queen!!

Pretty good. They had ran out of cheese curds and onion rings but they didn't realize until after we paid and had ordered stuff with such. They had given us some free sundae coupons for next time we go in which is great! So I think overall they were awesome! Food was good and service was fantastic!

My car died out front and I went inside to ask for a jump start. Their employee Gabby brought her car around right away and helped me out! Much appreciated! Enjoyed the food that I then grabbed through the drive-thru.
