Burger King - Idaho Falls

Wow! Old fries again. This is the third time in a row that I've been to this burger King and this is the third time that I've gotten cold food. I understand that it's a burger King, but all I ask is that it's hot, heck I don't even care if it's that fresh. It's just sad when the best part of the meal is the pre-made, prepackaged Hershey pie that I love.

If you're a fan of the Whopper like I am, I highly recommend the Burger King on North Yellowstone. There, you can count on CONSISTENCY and QUALITY. Unfortunately, this particular store does not seem to meet the company’s standards. In the past nine months, this is the fourth time I’ve ordered a Whopper with extra pickles. According to BK policy, a Whopper should come with four pickles, and if a customer requests extra, they should receive two additional pickles. This ensures a good balance of flavors and avoids overwhelming the burger with any one ingredient. Instead, I’ve repeatedly received an excessive amount of pickles, which completely overpowers the taste of the other ingredients. It feels like I’m biting into a slice of pickle rather than enjoying a balanced sandwich. This is simply UNACCEPTABLE! So, while I advise caution when visiting this location, I can wholeheartedly recommend the North Yellowstone shop.

I visit this restaurant frequently and have never had any issues. The burgers are delicious!

"This Burger King is conveniently located near McDonald's and directly across the street from Jack in the Box. The only thing missing is a Taco Bell. The drive-thru service is quick and efficient. I often grab Happy Meals for the kids next door and treat myself to a cheeseburger here. They offer a variety of sauces and refreshing cola. The staff is friendly and welcoming."
