There are times when the restaurant gets so busy that even though the staff tries their best to keep things organized, it still ends up looking chaotic.

This morning, I went through the drive-thru to place an order. There were only a few employees working, and I ordered several drinks along with two meal sets. I also paid separately for two hash browns. However, the manager and staff informed me that the hash brown that came with my eggdesal was the same one I had already paid 45 pesos for. I was very disappointed and unhappy with the service. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

During my visit, I noticed that despite showcasing a new product line on their screens, most items were unavailable, which I found rather humorous. In the afternoons, you can expect to see many students using laptops, studying, or meeting in pairs or groups. If you're thinking of stopping by, you might want to consider using the drive-thru or opting for takeout, as finding a seat can be quite challenging.

I visited in the middle of the morning and discovered that they didn’t have any iced coffee available. There were also quite a few street kids attempting to place orders for themselves. To make matters worse, there was no security outside. One of the kids even threatened us if we didn’t give him money, which I found quite amusing!

It was just okay. The food was pretty much what I anticipated, but their Filipino breakfast doesn’t measure up to Jollibee. Also, can we please get past the absurdity of having to wear a mask just to place our order, only to take it off again to eat? Honestly, the world has moved on from that.
