L'eau a la bouche - Hyères

During our 5 night stay in Hyeres we walked up to the town square 3 evenings and ate here! We found our waitress, Estelle, to be delightful, friendly and she spoke English. We had pizza and green salad the first night. The second night my husband had bruschetta and green salad and I had a beautiful warm goat cheese salad. I enjoyed my salad so much that we return here for our final meal. We also enjoyed the house rose wine each night. Look for the pink placemats and you have found the place!

We had a somewhat late dinner here in July 2014. The location is fantastic (Hyeres old town centre) and you can choose from about 5-10 restaurants having their tables placed in the centre of the square.Our dish was delicious, wine tasty, waiter friendly, we'll keep the memory as one of the best places we ate at in Provence.
