Absolutely thrilled my experience with cotton at tiered and petite! she made my sister birthday cake for me, and it was just as I asked and even better than I had imagined! amazing price-performance ratio and I love the service.

DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO EAT FRUIT FLIES. I ordered a cake for my birthday party that was delivered with fruit flies and couldn’t be served to my guests. When I asked for a refund, I received terrible customer service. I submitted a video showing proof of my complaint. She requested that I return the cake after I had already thrown it away the night of the party. First of all, it doesn’t make sense to bring a cake home with fruit flies. That’s common sense. Due to me not returning the cake, the refund request was denied and I was sent a refund policy via email that is not even listed on her website. Her email was extremely unprofessional. Then, she offered me a 30 day credit to get another cake. Why would I purchase another cake if the one I ordered had fruit flies? Make it make sense. Overall this business lacks cleanliness, a proper return policy, and is unskilled at handling customer complaints. I guess she thought I was trying to scam her out of $60 when really she scammed me on my birthday.

Absolutely amazing! I ordered a birthday cake online after reading the great reviews and the finished product surpassed my expectations. cotton was extremely responsive (I inquired me on late Friday night) and helped me handle exactly what I wanted. the cake was as promised (I paid a bit extra for delivery). we were blown away from the sheer beauty of the cake, like a work of art and we all agreed that it was the best cake we ever had (I ordered the lemon). could I suggest bringing a small instruction card? I ordered for delivery on the day before and on a pfeife asked the supplier what I should do with the cake? (put in a fridge until 30 min before eating) I would order absolutely a cake of tiered petite again, and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thanks for helping us celebrate a wonderful birthday!

Well i would like to start off by saying this is the best bakery i’ve been to, the nice young man in there is super personal and very helpful, the cheesecake i had was amazing 10/10 i do recommend

I am a dessert snob. Women in my Southern family have baked for generations. I stopped in because it's new and loved the lavender decor. I'm happy to say that this is a must-go-to dessert boutique if you love true, rich and decadent Southern style baking. Absolutely sumptuous! Ms. Cotton's macarons melt in your mouth. Even how she explains the ingredients is exciting! She makes peanut butter and jelly macarons with French liquors and glazes that make you want more! She makes lavender and vanilla syrups that are bottled with lovely care. The desserts here are very sensual, fulfilling and decadent. It's no surprise that Ms. Cotton is known in the area for award-winning wedding cakes. I believe she was featured in Essence magazine and the Washingtonian. She's also a lovely person. The decor is very feminine and gentile. This is a great place to stop by after a date for a sensual dessert. You're date will be impressed! Run to this place, but get here early because she was sold out of many of her delicious desserts in the late afternoon. Finally a dessert place likened to ultra rich and delicious baking in Savannah. Chilllle try the bourbon or strawberry banana pudding if it's not sold out. Or bring it home as a gift to someone special who will enjoy it. So glad she is here!
