Starbucks - Hyattsville

No wonder why this location receives low prices, the personal was unprofessional and could not be more careless for the needs of the customers. cathey was more concerned to talk to people at the tables next to their safeway staff on the break) than to do their work and to make them command. After she had given up my order, she took her sweet time, even making the drinks, then she had to ask me twice again what my order was. obviously lack professional and customer service. admin please note this

The man behind the theke had a bad attitude and turned me to a Saturday @10 clock. he said I should come back in an hour. why should s. buck be closed by chance? he just didn't want to make drinks.

Just moved to the area and Starbucks is my favorite but this location is very convenient!Naima was very helpful and nice, customer service was very good. I will be coming to this Starbucks again!

The woman with glasses did an excellent job! The coffee was delicious and prepared quickly.

I arrived just after 8, but the staff had already closed, so I wasn't able to get a coffee for my hard drive. I found it to be quite unprofessional.
