Starbucks - Hyattsville

Came in earlier for a drink and the chubby guy with a beanie was super friendly, very chill guy all around good vibes. Will definitely be coming back!

Great service, order was taken quickly, lots of seating outside and inside with a drive thru to boot. Most importantly the ham and cheese croissant was piping hot.

THIS is just an example of why I do not regularly solicit Starbucks. This may or may not be universal, but I'm always gonna give side eye when I'm paying almost $3 for a pack of butter and knife are stuck in the bag with my warm bagel. Butter my bagel OR at least ask if I have a preference. Not to mention their lil machine asks for tip amount BEFORE navigating processing the purchase.Jesus ChristMaryAnd Joseph???

I ordered a frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade and there were only 3 cars in front of me. By the time I got my drink it was completely melted, when I said something about it being melted completely melted not slushee at all she just looked at me and said nothing. There is no reason that it should have been completely melted in a few minutes and even when I complained nothing changed and then it tasted like they didn’t wash the blender completely because all I could taste was coffee. It was awful!!

I was just there about five minutes ago and a heavy set young man with curly hair did not even greet me through the drive through despite I’ve fretted him he never thanked me for my service even after I thanked him for his he was very rude and distasteful. This isn’t the first time I went to this establishment and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had thus far. He needs to be working behind the scenes or not at all.
