I visited this café recently and unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. Matt was the barista on duty, and he didn't meet my expectations. I ordered a refresher without ice, considering it was a cold day, and requested a grande size. However, he only prepared a half cup. When I inquired why it wasn't a full cup, he mentioned it would incur an extra charge. It would have been helpful if he had communicated that when I placed my order. I've been to numerous locations and never had a problem like this before. Thanks for the experience, but I won't be returning, even though I live just around the corner.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is efficient, even during busy periods. The only drawback is that they often run out of supplies, which means some menu items are unavailable. Overall, the food and drinks are well-prepared. Service: Takeout Meal type: Breakfast.

The service was excellent as well, also deserving of a 5-star rating; the staff was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere, even for takeout, had a warm and inviting feel to it, making the experience even better. I highly recommend their bakery items; they are a must-try! Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or something special for breakfast, this spot is definitely worth a visit.
