From good friends we have received a gift voucher about a candlelight dinner on the water lock. Before I was allowed to photograph them high last year. as an additional thank you my wife and I have received this voucher. yesterday the day was because we had laid the booking so that it fell on our high-time day. after checking in we sat on the free terrace of this beautiful complex. the weather was excellent. but we were in what would expect us in the evening. we drank a beer and then made us fresh to take this dinner at 19 o'clock. when we entered the restaurant prinzessin marie pauline against 19 o'clock, a very friendly waitress came to us, which underpinned her cordiality with her charming smiles. the restaurant was up to a few more empty because all other guests sat on the sun terrace to eat and enjoyed the evening mood. as our voucher was a cancle light dinner, we did not want to miss out on the romantic mood and decided to take care of the fantastic restaurant with the beautiful cellar vault. on the table lay only for us made dishes marked with our name. here we had arranged a selection of three, one was vegetarian. we had a prosecco as aperitif. we chose the first court. it was a 6-course menu. it started with a beard bottle cream with grissini. then we were handed over as a second stage to the mangococktail and sellervinaigette. after all walks there was a small break that was from the length to the point. as a third dish was served a cream soup with red pfeffer and croûtons. then there was cassissorbet as intermediate product with prosecco. now was the main course. padano black steak with cauliflower cauliflower on tomatenspätzle. as a crowning conclusion there was last and 6th floor, orange grits flame on barolokir. the whole menu was a dreamy gourmet of the sinne. a warmer thanks to these wise to the excellent service, the cook and they love nadine and dear servants for this thank you. when we live about 40 km from this wonderful water castle, we had additionally booked a room to no longer have to drive after two glasses of red wine. the room was exactly on the stand that corresponded to a 4 star hotel plus. large, very clean and cozy, which will certainly bring the attached photos to the print. when I read that my prescribed fights for tee bag, it's hard for me not to call him full. which I do not, of course, because it would be insulting. if I could, I would give the hotel 15 points because it deserves that. the 4 stars plus their price, they don't have to discuss it, but the price was worth it. the attached photos are some more impressions that have emerged from today's one-hour free lock for hotel guests. here is a special thank you to the woman sworn for this great guide.
