I was in Hutchinson for work temporarily and was having a hard time finding vegan food options. When we informed our server that we were vegan, she made sure to double-check with the manager to ensure our dishes were vegan-friendly. They were also willing to omit non-vegan ingredients, such as eel sauce, from our meals. There were plenty of options to choose from!

They were able to accommodate us by making adjustments to certain ingredients, such as the aioli sauce topping. Overall, a great dining experience with plenty of vegan choices to choose from!
