Mcdonald's - Hutchinson

I had a fast experience placing my order. The staff were friendly. It was your typical McDonald's.

I was initially greeted well and placed my order without any issues. However, things took a turn while I went to fill my drink. I waited for my food, and during that time, employees went on their breaks, filling their drinks while I sat there. I noticed one employee walked by with their own food, having ordered after me. It made me question the priority of customer service. I continued to wait, watching other employees chat instead of attending to customers. After waiting over 20 minutes, I finally received my order of soggy French fries and two McChickens. As I was leaving, they handed me a bag of cookies, but honestly, this was the worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's!

I visit this place frequently, and I really enjoy it. However, some nights it can be quite slow.

The food is consistently good, the service is quick, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Given its location on one of the busiest streets, it's impressive to see how the employees handle the rushes so well.

I did not spend anything. We waited. Finally made it to the speaker. Was asked to wait a few minutes. 13 minutes later we still were not helped. We had to leave.
