Whataburger - HUTCHINS

This was the first time I?ve ever ate at Whataburger. To be honest with you, I?m not really impressed by this place. You walk in and several tables are dirty, trash on the floor under the tables and it took like 8 to 10 minutes to get my food delivered tothe table I was sitting at.

Always a treat to stop by a Whataburger, they didn't have any soda/pop selections working just tea and lemonade along with the blue powerade. I usually cheat with a soda on a burger day. Other than that the cashier and the ladies that bring the orders tothe tables were super sweet and very attentive. P.S- Cut back on the salty fries and you'll always have returning customers. ????

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to an older lady named Cathy. She was quite rude during our visit. When we approached her at the register to place our order, she informed us that she wasn’t taking any orders. Throughout our meal, she consistently came over to our table, making snide comments and being intrusive, especially when my sister brought cupcakes for me. We also needed to combine two tables, and Cathy made a fuss about it, insisting we put them back. On top of that, her service was incredibly slow. I wouldn't recommend dining here when she is working.

A Texas classic, Whataburger never disappoints. With the best burgers in the state, you can always count on a great meal. The staff is fantastic, providing excellent customer service that embodies true Southern hospitality.

You go to Whataburger for reliable and quick service, but my recent experience was disappointing. Despite repeating our order six times (it wasn’t complicated; I just wanted cheese on the Whatachicken), they still forgot the cheese. To make matters worse, they were out of soft drinks and shakes, and there weren’t any napkins in the bag. Come on, guys! Whataburger can do better than this.
