Bidrage med feedbackRestaurant employees don't care about social distancing at all, we went to there was a good tables empty and forced us to sit between other groups, where I could simply extend my poor and touch the person next to me. I complained and asked myself to be moved, but they said that all the other tables are booked and will be full, including the huge area on the back with a good table. when we finished our meal, the other tables were still empty, except so realistic, they just don't want us to sit on a somewhat larger room when a bigger walk comes in the group. they never had the intention to open the back area, as it would mean more cleaning for them. all this is understandable, but not acceptable during the kovid. the local business and all and want to support them, but they clearly do not care about the health and probably their customers, nor respect the government guidelines. I have pointed out that she and the waitress just advised, she could not take care of less. / in the payment of the invoice, we were struck with a surcharge for card payments, including eftpos. I told her that's not right and wanted to talk to the manager, she said that we didn't have a manager and she didn't care less again. then gave me a pass for the next time, I said it won't be next time. / no matter whether eating was good or not, bad service, disregarding social distancing and the greed on card payments is a big shutdown.
Honestly, I had no expectations when I came to this restaurant because I heard mixed reviews of it. I originally came for her wagyu ladder because it looked aesthetic, but changed my mind as soon as I saw her rokko buffet menu. it is pp and you get unlimited teller from your buffet menu to order within a time window. their buffet menu includes salads/small dishes, various types of meat, grilled/fried dishes, meeresfruit / vegetables, suppe / meals, toppings and soft drinks. / we ordered a bit of everything – kimchi, radishes kimchi, namuru, yukke, wagyu rindfleisch loin, wagyu rib finger, wagyu bolar klinge, nami zunge, pork loin, tako karaage, huhn karaage, veg tempura, takoyaki, chickenerkatsu, okonomiya / the wagyu rib finger and the pigeon were my favorites from all the flesh we tried. the rib finger was so delicate and juicy and the pork brain had an amazing grill taste. was a little disappointed at the other pieces of wagyu, although they were slightly dry. also really enjoyed their fried / grilled dishes, especially the tako karaage, takoyaki and okonomiyaki (which came on a stick instead of a flat pancake). the katsu was a bit dry. her kimchi aromen were pretty good, it was slightly sweet and not as sour as the kimchi next to dishes they get from kbbq places. / overall it was a great experience and I thought the worth was quite worth for the quality of meat and dress that they receive. only that was that we had to wait for a table, even though we made a reservation. but the next time would try their wagyu ladder!
Low quality tool, very bad service. They even tried to acquire 70 US dollars, not to understand their guilt what we ordered. And fortunately we found it in the bill, and they apologized even!
I love the food from this restaurant we have ordered for dinner. The Stone Pot Bibimbab with Miso soup was perfect. I like the sauce and when it was mixed, it was delicious, though it was a bit sharp. Since the Bibimbap is served in hot stone pot, adds the illness of the sauce taste. The chicken Namban was also delicious with a generous amount of Japanese Tartar sauce. I especially love the attitude of this restaurant, which makes it perfect for a fine food.
Good flavour but tiny serving size. A $15 plate of pork consisted of 6 pieces of finger sized strips. Expected to pay at least $70 for bbq for two people
