Lamb and Cumin - Hurstville

Spicy lamb on a stick from this shop is so good! Its juicy, tender and packed with flavour. They also have other meat such as chicken and a variety of seafood.

I am currently craving a delicious meat skewer after enjoying 30 lamb cumin, 10 oregano chicken, and 10 teriyaki beef skewers with my daughter at Hawker Lane in Chatswood. Our taste buds were satisfied, and the staff was fantastic.

This restaurant is primarily for takeout, but there is a food court on the other side of the station where you can sit and eat. They mainly serve meat on skewers, such as shish kebabs, and they are popular among train commuters, especially late at night. As someone with multiple food allergies, this place works well for me when I haven't eaten and don't have any food at home. You can order your food plain and they offer a variety of meats that are quite tasty. It's also very convenient, although nothing particularly outstanding. I would rate it 3 and a half stars if I could, as it's slightly above average for a takeout restaurant. Overall, it's worth at least 4 stars.

The beef was chewy, the lamb was slightly more tender, with pork coming in third as the least tough. Chicken was the most tender of all. Each meat required different cooking times, and wagyu and lamb needed to rest longer to balance out the larger pieces of chicken and pork skewers.

Good lamb skewers sprinkle with cumin. If you need a cumin lamb fix this is the place. Situated in Hurstville station of the right hand side of Coles.
