I asked to get the leftovers from the coffee . Manager got an attitude . There wasn't much left over to give me. She was upset for a small left over cup she threw in the trash anyway.

Ordered refresher drink and the colored girl gave me a hard time. She act like we dont know what we trying to order and drink. Hello, customer is the one drinking just customize it however the customer wants and likes it to be why you have to make it hard by forcing how the drink is. Duhh, slow person and then fuss after ok really?? Attitude too, if you can't cooperate then don't be customer service or work in the food and beverage field. Anything can be customized to client likes for yur info.

Maddie gave me a nasty attitude mumbled something under her breath when I corrected her on what drink I asked for. didn't look happy to be at work at all. Horrible service.

I visited this afternoon and had absolutely no complaints. On, behind the register, was friendly and accommodating, and while I didn 't catch the other barista 's name, she was really turning out the drinks quickly as a line was beginning to form. I saw the sign at the counter for the Honey Frap Bee Ccino and gave it a try. Not too gooey I had the coffee incarnation and it was a nice treat.
