Unbelievable, a miracle in the countryside. Entry, dish and dessert are absolutely divine and affirm the chef's talent, mastery and inventiveness. Compulsory passage if you pass through the region. Unfortunately no vegetarian alternatives, it's a shame.

We eat very well. The dishes are well garnished and very tasteful. There's research. You won't be on it.
